Morning Sadhana
Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. It is the foundation of all spiritual endeavor. Sadhana is your personal, individual spiritual effort. It is the main tool you use to work on yourself to achieve the purpose of life.
This practice will combine kriyas (postures), chanting, breath work and meditation.

Hot 26 and 2
Often referred to as Original Hot Yoga, this class, developed in the Ghosh lineage in Kolkata (Calcutta) is a 60 or 90 minute class. There are 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in this practice. All postures are done at least once and some are practiced twice.
The benefits come from creating pressure and exertion and after each posture there is deep relaxation to integrate the benefits of the pose.
Hot Hatha Power Flow
This practice begins with pranayama breathing and a beautiful flow that will get you nice and warm. It includes all of the 26 postures and two breathing exercises found in the Bikram‘s beginners series, but they are practiced in a different order in conjunction with 14 additional Ghosh lineage postures, as well as variations on these postures. This practice is challenging and also open to all levels.
Vinyasa
Flow means connecting breath with motion. Every class and every teacher will offer a unique sequence of flowing postures leading you in a flowing meditation. These classes combines upper body strength, flexibility and cardio and is designed for students of all levels (beginner friendly) seeking a challenge. The class is in a room heated to approx 95-105 degrees. This is a 75 minute class.
Kundalini Yoga And Meditation
This yoga technology combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It can bring balance to the body, mind, and soul. Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses.
As Kundalini yoga awakens energy in your body, it has the ability to create increased awareness and help you move past your limited mind, thoughts, and old patterns, so you can feel more grounded and connected to you and your inner guidance system. Sometimes, the practice is also called “yoga of awareness.
Hot Yin Yoga
Hot Yin yoga is meditative and creates a feeling of openness and expansion. In Hot Yin yoga, the asanas (poses or postures) are held for at least three minutes allowing the body to relax and create breakthroughs in the body and mind. Creates healthy fascia and balance. The room temperature is set at 95 degrees Fahrenheit, which is somewhat cooler than the temperatures in a Hot yoga class.
Sculpt
Flow yoga and HIlT based full-body workout with roots in vinyasa yoga, plyometrics, HIIT, pilates, personal training, kick-boxing, and resistance training.
There will be music along with physical movement to strengthen and challenge you and your body. This class will guide you through fitness sequences and encourage you to flow through the activity as well as to use deep breathing to help hold and sustain long repetitions.
This class is dynamic and you can expect to be physically and mentally challenged while having fun. We encourage you to TRUST, explore and get beyond your comfort zone!
Hatha to Yin
This is a beautiful class that begins with a slow flow for the first hour and the last 30 minutes are asanas (postures) held on the floor for up to 3 minutes. A perfect balance of moving with breath, building strength, flexibility and a feeling of expansiveness in body, mind, and soul.
Hatha to Shuniya
Shuniya means Zero and is the point of stillness, the point at which your ego becomes zero. In this state of complete stillness, your clearest intuition, your purest love, your highest potential can flow through you.Come flow with me through many of your favorite 26 postures with a few added postures and then complete in your last 30 minutes with powerful and transformational kudnalini style breathing, kriyas and meditation. Expect to leave shifting into a new vibration that will show in the way you look and feel.
