26 and 2 Plus

Slow Vinyasa Flow

Flow means connecting breath with motion. Every class and every teacher will offer a unique sequence of flowing postures leading you in a fun mind-body meditation. These classes combines upper body strength with flexibility in a slow flowing experience designed for students of all levels (beginner friendly) seeking a challenge. The class is in a room heated to approx 95-100. This is a 60 minute class.
Yin

Yin yoga is meditative and creates a feeling of openness and expansion. In Hot Yin yoga, the asanas (poses or postures) are held for at least three minutes allowing the body to relax and create breakthroughs in the body and mind. Creates healthy fascia and balance. The room temperature is set at 90 degrees Fahrenheit, which is somewhat cooler than the temperatures in a Hot yoga class.
